PITCHBOX – 5-A-SIDE BOOKING TERMS & PITCH RULES

PRICE & BOOKING

PITCH A | PITCH B – HOURLY PITCH HIRE

The hire price applies to the entire pitch and is charged per booked hour, regardless of the number of players.
Three booking packages are available: STARTER TIME, PRIME TIME and EXTRA TIME. Prices vary depending on the selected package, day of the week and booking time.
Full payment (100%) must be made online at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & PITCH RULES

1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another available date.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or if the customer fails to attend, PITCHBOX may retain an amount corresponding to reasonable losses resulting from the unused booking.
If PITCHBOX cancels the booking, a full refund will be issued.

2. Arrival & Booking Confirmation

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session. Upon arrival, report to the PITCHBOX Sports Bar to confirm your booking. Full payment will already have been made online.

3. Parking

Free on-site parking is available for PITCHBOX customers.

4. Mandatory Footwear

Only football boots suitable for 3G artificial grass surfaces are permitted: plastic-studded AG (Artificial Grass) boots or TF (Turf / Astro Turf) shoes.
Metal studs, long studs, blade-style studs and flat-soled sports shoes are strictly prohibited.

5. Footballs & Training Equipment

PITCHBOX does not provide footballs or training equipment. The person making the booking must bring all equipment required for the training session.

6. Pitch Access

Only players and coaches participating in the current session are permitted on the pitch. Parents, spectators and players waiting for their next session must remain outside the playing area.

7. Children & Supervision

All children under 18 must be supervised by their coach or a designated responsible adult throughout the session. Coaches and designated adults are responsible for providing appropriate supervision.

8. Drinks

Water and other drinks are permitted on the pitch only in plastic bottles or reusable sports water bottles. Glass bottles and containers are strictly prohibited.

9. Food & Smoking

Eating, chewing gum, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the pitches.

10. Responsibility for Damage

The person making the booking is responsible for any damage to the pitch, equipment or facility caused by themselves or any participants attending the session.

11. Reporting Faults & Damage

Any faults, defects or damage must be reported to the PITCHBOX Sports Bar staff immediately when noticed, during the session or directly after it ends.

12. Booking Time

All training sessions must finish at the scheduled booking time. Please leave the pitch promptly to allow the next session to begin on time.

13. End of Session

After your session, please leave the pitch clean, remove all personal belongings and training equipment, and ensure the gate is securely closed.

PRICE & BOOKING

£5 PER PLAYER / HOUR

The £5 payment made at the time of booking secures your reservation and does not represent the total cost of the training session.
The final cost is £5 per player, per hour, based on the number of players attending. The £5 paid online will be deducted from the total amount due.
